The seat, diameter of Ø 1.365 metres, is made of steel-enforced rope.
The swing chains are made of ø 7 mm stainless steel, which guarantees the best protection against corrosion even in the harshest conditions. The chain goes all the way to the seat and does not change into rope / cable halfway. The chain is protected by a rubbery protective cover. The steel chain ensures that the swing can bear heavier load.
The swing bearings are cast stainless steel passivated against corrosion. The structure has been efficiently designed to eliminate all movement outside the actual bearing surfaces. The bearings are soundless and highly durable against mechanical and environmental strain. The bearings do not require maintenance as such, but are easy to detach with tools, for seasonal storage for example.
The painted framework of the swings consists of pressure-impregnated, glue-laminated, fine-grained timber and a steel beam in grey colour.
Underground foundation without concreting can be performed using foundation plates. You can choose the foundation type when placing your order.
