Sisu Inclined Bench Press
The incline bench press is a weight training exercise used for developing the pectoralis, deltoids, and triceps muscles. The trainee presses the handles upwards while lying on the bench. In the handles, there are two grip widths and heights available. The seat of the bench is adjustable. The backrest is solid. The weight can be adjusted steplessly by turning the wheel. The level of resistance can be checked from the measuring scale. The scale is in kilograms. A towel hook and a bottle holder are for the trainee’s convenience.
