We designed, supplied and installed a new playground for Angle Community Council, in West Wales, during the summer of 2024. The play facilities in the village had become dilapidated over the years, with the local children desperate for a new area to enjoy throughout the year.

The village were looking for something colourful and of a natural build material, and the multiplay structure from Lappset made for an excellent centrepiece to the new area. With a fireman’s pole, ladders, net play, curved climbers, and bridges, the activity tower can accommodate large numbers of children at any one time. The vast array of activities present ensures that the children won’t get board, as can often happen with less exciting items, and will be kept entertained for years to come.

The main tower was supplemented by new swings, a roundabout, and springer. The surfacing chosen was black wet pour rubber, which ensures all critical fall height protection required are provided for.

We loved working on this site, with its beautiful coastal location and rural setting. A big thanks to Angle Community Council for commissioning Adventure Playgrounds Wales for this project.
